We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supplier quality management and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive supplier quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions plans for non-conforming products or services.
Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction scores.
Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.




Ensure all suppliers are aware of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training in supplier quality management are an asset.
Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results-driven solutions.
Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2018.
