Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support applications using VisionPLUS (V+).
Work on VisionPLUS modules such as:
o CMS (Card Management System)
o FAS (Financial Accounting System)
o TRAMS (Transaction Management System)
o VMX o ITS o CTS
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and production support activities.
Coordinate with business users, testing teams, and offshore/onsite stakeholders.
Participate in application enhancements, migrations, and issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in VisionPLUS Development.
Robust experience in CMS module.
Valuable knowledge of COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS.
Experience in batch processing and card transaction flows.
Understanding of credit card lifecycle and payment card domain.
Ability to analyze production issues and provide fixes.
Valuable to Have
Knowledge of FAS, CMS, VMX, ITS, CTS modules.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
Mainframe support and deployment experience.
