Responsibilities:
Type and prepare ultrasound (USG) reports as dictated by the radiologist.
Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, patient details, and report formatting.
Maintain patient confidentiality and medical records.
Coordinate with radiologists and the diagnostic team.
Prepare and manage reports within the required turnaround time.
Requirements:
Typing proficiency and basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Experience in USG report typing will be an advantage.
Positive attention to detail and communication skills.
