Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen IT candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups.
Negotiate pay rates and check candidate availability/work authorization.
Meet daily recruitment targets.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in US IT staffing is preferred; freshers may also apply.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT technologies, Boolean search, and US work authorizations.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
