VRSH Ayurveda is looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller to handle customer calls, confirm orders, and provide product-related information to customers.
Responsibilities
Call customers to confirm their orders.
Explain product details and answer customer queries.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.
Coordinate with the delivery team for order updates.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
Ability to communicate politely with customers.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telecalling experience is an advantage.
