Role & responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, induction and exit procedures.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personnel files.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate attendance, leave records and payroll inputs.
Liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
Maintain HR documentation and support statutory compliance, including PF, ESI and other applicable labour requirements.
Ensure employee records and HR processes are maintained accurately.

HR Systems & Reporting
Maintain employee information and attendance records in HRMS tools such as Zoho People.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers and employee headcount reports.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of employee data.

General HR Administration




Coordinate employee communication, policies and HR documentation.
Support performance management and employee grievance resolution.
Coordinate with operations and management to address workforce requirements.
ESI, PF

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1 -2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
preferably in transportation, logistics, fleet management or a similar industry.
Working knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with HRMS platforms, preferably Zoho People.
Valuable communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
