Roles & Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, sorting, storage, picking, packing, testing, and dispatch of products.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct physical stock audits, track stock movement, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, accurate packaging, and dispatch.
Team & Process Management:



Coordinate with warehouse staff, monitor productivity, maintain proper documentation, and ensure warehouse safety and housekeeping.

Requirements
13 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce company.
Experience with inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse documentation.
Knowledge of online marketplaces and platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
