We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President – Banking to lead business development, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and oversee banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Drive growth in lending, deposits, and banking products.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
Oversee credit risk, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.
Improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
Lead, mentor,
and manage high-performing banking teams.
Monitor KPIs and report business performance to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
12–18+ years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
Proven leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.
Solid knowledge of credit, risk management, and banking regulations.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
