About the role
We are looking for a Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to drive current business in Tamil Nadu.

What you'll do
Generate and qualify leads
Reach out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Set up meetings for the sales team
Achieve lead generation targets
Maintain CRM records

What we're looking for
Essential
1–3 years of lead generation or business development experience
Robust communication skills in English and Tamil
Experience with CRM and outreach tools
Based in Tamil Nadu, India
Target-driven and self-motivated

Nice to have
Experience in IT or software sales
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
