Role & Responsibilities
Process and validate Myntra orders daily across multiple seller catalogs with 99.5%+ accuracy.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure on-time dispatch and resolve shipment delays.
Manage return/refund requests, ensuring compliant resolution within SLA windows.
Monitor seller dashboard KPIs — order cancellation rates, pickup failures, and listing compliance.
Escalate product/fulfillment issues to internal stakeholders and document root causes.
Participate in daily team stand-ups and performance reviews to drive operational efficiency.
