About the role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide application support for Oracle HCM Technical – Payroll.
What you'll do
Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Payroll modules
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll application issues
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams
Document processes and solutions
Support upgrades and patches
What we're looking for
Essential
4+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience, with payroll focus
Robust SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Based in Gurgaon or Indore, India
Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Oracle certifications
Experience with global payroll
