PrimeTalentBridge is seeking an Executive with insurance billing experience for a multinational client. Candidates with direct Group Insurance billing experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Process Group Insurance billing transactions.
Review billing information for accuracy.
Reconcile billing-related information where applicable.
Investigate billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate transaction records.
Follow established processing procedures.
Achieve required quality and productivity targets.
Support reporting and reconciliation activities.
Graduate in any discipline.
Approximately 1–2 years of BPO/operations experience preferred.
Group Insurance billing experience highly desirable.
Other insurance billing experience may also be considered.
Financial or accounting background is advantageous.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Robust numerical and analytical ability.
Excellent attention to detail.
