Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced London Market insurance skilled to operate as a Senior Associate / Subject Matter Expert in premium and endorsement processing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complex premium-booking transactions.
Process endorsements.
Interpret London Market insurance documentation.
Provide subject-matter guidance to operations teams.
Support knowledge-calibration sessions.
Assist with quality reviews and audits.
Resolve complex processing exceptions.
Support training and knowledge transfer.




Identify opportunities to improve transaction accuracy.
Solid Lloyd's of London insurance knowledge.
Hands-on premium-booking experience.
Endorsement-processing experience.
Ability to interpret complex insurance documentation.
Experience supporting quality, audit or knowledge-management activities.
Robust communication and coaching skills.
