Key Responsibilities
Processing and packing daily customer orders.
Managing inventory and updating stock records.
Updating product details and inventory on Shopify.
Coordinating with courier partners for order dispatch and deliveries.
Checking jewellery pieces and ensuring proper packaging before dispatch.
Maintaining basic inventory and order records using Excel or Google Sheets.
Assisting with product uploads and other routine e-commerce tasks.
Helping prepare stock for exhibitions and pop-up events when required.
