Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth visa and immigration processes.

Compliance and Records
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
Support GCC operations by ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and HR practices.

Reporting and Employee Support
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, perks, and procedures.
