HA and cluster management
Virtualization performance and capacity management
Infrastructure patching and upgrades

Nutanix Life Cycle Manager (LCM)
VMware vMotion / Storage vMotion
VMware DRS
Disaster Recovery and backup concepts
Windows/Linux administration
Networking and storage fundamentals
PowerShell or automation exposure
ITIL-based Incident, Change and Problem Management

Essential:
Manage, administer, monitor,



and troubleshoot Nutanix HCI and VMware virtualization environments.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of virtual infrastructure.
Manage Nutanix AHV, Prism Central, Prism Element, clusters, storage, and virtual machines.
Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter Server environments.
Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, migrations, resource allocation, and capacity management.
Troubleshoot VM, host, cluster, storage, and performance-related issues.
Manage high availability, resource optimization, and infrastructure health monitoring.
Support incident, problem, and change management activities in production environments.
Coordinate with server, storage, network, backup, and application teams for infrastructure issues.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure configurations.

Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
