Follow service standards, hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
Promote upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
Ensure accurate billing and POS operations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in F&B; service.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of food and beverage service.
Qualified grooming and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
