About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager Analytics who combines deep Power BI expertise with strong people leadership. You’ll lead a team of analysts, shape how data is used across the organization, and partner with business leaders to turn insights into decisions.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analytics specialists
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful Power BI dashboards and reports
Define and enforce data visualization best practices to deliver clear, high-impact insights
Own the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of team outputs
Track industry trends and emerging technologies in Power BI and analytics, and bring the best ideas into the team
Provide strategic guidance to build a culture of data-driven decision-making
What We’re Looking For
8 - 14 years of analytics experience, with a strong focus on Power BI
Proven experience leading and managing analytics teams
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
