Key Responsibilities

ERP Transformation Leadership
Lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
Drive ERP strategy, process standardization, and digital transformation programs.
Act as the single point of ownership for ERP implementation and business process redesign.

Business Process Analysis & Design
Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand business requirements, challenges, and pain points.
Analyze current-state (AS-IS) processes and design future-state (TO-BE) workflows.
Personally create and maintain BRDs, FRSs, process flows, swimlane diagrams, and user stories.

Solution Design & Implementation
Lead fit-gap analysis and solution design discussions.
Define master data structures, security roles, maker-checker controls, and reporting requirements.
Work closely with implementation partners to configure ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.
Oversee data migration, UAT, training, and change management activities.

Governance & Stakeholder Management
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.




Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams to ensure business alignment.
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
Build consensus across cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely decision-making.

Required Experience
10–15 years of experience in ERP, business process transformation, or enterprise transformation.
Minimum 2 successful end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
Proven hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRSs, process maps, workflows, and business specifications.
Robust understanding of key enterprise business processes, including:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
CAPEX-to-Fixed Asset
Revenue Recognition
Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and practical ERP solutions.

Skills:- Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, FRS and BRD
