About the Role





We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Officer who can go beyond traditional sales and take ownership of market development, current business opportunities, customer acquisition, and business expansion for KCW.

The role is focused on identifying new markets, current customers, new applications, recent channels, and new business opportunities and converting these opportunities into sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a Business Explorer & Prospect Creator who can:

FIND → EXPLORE → CONNECT → CREATE → DEVELOP → GROW
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new markets, industries, customer segments, and geographical territories.
Explore and develop new B2B business channels, dealers, distributors, and business associates.
Identify opportunities with builders, contractors, consultants, OEMs, EPC companies, industries, and project stakeholders.
Explore Government, PSU, institutional, and large project opportunities.
Identify opportunities through GeM, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and oth
