Looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Architect to join the Ahmedabad team. The candidate will work on Architectural working drawings for USA projects and deliver high-quality 3D BIM models across Architectural and Structural disciplines. This role is suitable for candidates interested in BIM technologies, modelling accuracy, and global US project execution.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modelling & Development
Develop accurate and coordinated 3D BIM models.
Convert design data into coordinated and intelligent BIM models.
Work across project domains including Architecture and Structure.
Develop construction documentation from schematic design.
Coordination & Quality Control
Ensure BIM models meet project standards, LOD requirements, and client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams for design development and working drawings.
Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
Documentation & Deliverables
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, schedules,
and project documentation.
Support the development of working drawings for USA projects.
Maintain project files and documentation.
Ensure project deliverables are completed and submitted within timelines.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with BIM tools and workflows.
Develop knowledge of US Architecture practices.
Contribute to improving BIM modelling and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Arch in Architecture or related field.
1–3 years of experience in BIM, CAD, or the architectural domain.
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, including CAD to BIM.
Familiarity with:
Autodesk Revit
AutoCAD
AutoCAD Architecture
TrueView
Basic understanding of Architectural and Structural systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and model accuracy.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
