Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and direct headhunting
Screen and assess candidates, then submit only the ones who fit
Manage candidates through interviews, offer, negotiation and joining
Take briefs from account managers and clients,



and push back when a brief doesn’t match the market
Keep your pipeline and tracker updated daily
What you need2 to 6 years in non-IT recruitment, agency experience preferred
A track record you can put numbers on: daily submissions, placements per month, and total CTC value placed
Experience with both volume hiring and senior or niche hiring
Robust sourcing skills beyond just job boards
Explicit communication in English and Hindi
Your own laptop, reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Working days Monday to Saturday. 1st and 4th Saturdays off.
