Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
Screen candidates and assess communication skills.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Learn US IT recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment, sales, or calling experience.
Valuable English communication skills.
Comfortable working night shifts and travelling to the Whitefield office.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online job portals.
