Role: Finacle L2 Support Engineer
What You'll Do:
Provide L2 production support for Finacle Core Banking modules.
Resolve escalated incidents within SLAs and perform root-cause analysis.
Monitor and support Beginning-of-Day and End-of-Day batch processes.
Support integrations with ATM/Switch, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, digital banking, and payment systems.
Use SQL/PLSQL for analysis and reconciliation.
Coordinate with L3/product teams for defects, patches, and upgrades.
Support UAT, regression testing, ITIL processes, and production deployments.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking support.
Experience with Finacle 10.x, 11.x, or later.
Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting knowledge.
Understanding of banking workflows, batch scheduling, ITSM tools, and ITIL practices.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
