s should possess basic Finance and Insurance Brokerage awareness to understand billing, premiums, and policy-related financial information.Candidate
s should possess positive listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with process guidelines and documentation tools.Relevant
experience in a voice process, BPO, or healthcare/insurance domain is beneficial.A minimum
of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.Willingne
ss to work in office in Kochi and in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
