RoyalPath Careers is a career-counselling startup serving students, parents, colleges, and working specialists. We offer psychometric assessments, stream-selection guidance, college/career planning, and one-on-one counselling to help families make confident education and career decisions.

Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time sales hire – a Business Development Executive who can own the entire sales cycle: from lead follow-up to closing paid counselling packages. You will talk to students, parents, and coaching-centre/school management, explain our services clearly, and convert interest into confirmed bookings and payments.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales for:
Individual students and parents (inbound + warm leads).
Institutional partners (coaching centres, schools, colleges).
Follow up and qualify the inbound leads from websites, WhatsApp, social media, webinars, and events; conduct discovery calls/meetings.
Clearly explain RoyalPath’s assessment, counselling packages, and help families choose the right fit.
Handle objections,



negotiate when needed, and close sales over call, video, or in-person meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with coaching-centre and school owners/managers for ongoing referrals and tie-ups.
Maintain a easy CRM/pipeline (Google Sheets / Zoho Bigin) with lead stages, notes, and next actions.
Share weekly insights with the Team on what messages, offers, and channels are converting best.

Who Should Apply
3–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in:
Education, coaching, edtech, training
Financial products, insurance, or similar high-contact sales.
Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and institute owners; confident in Hindi and English.
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills; able to explain complex career choices in straightforward language.
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is motivated by targets and incentives.
