Promote NBFC products such as personal loans, business loans, consumer loans, and other financial services.
Generate leads through field marketing, customer referrals, telecalling, and other promotional activities.
Identify potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, dealers, DSAs, and business partners.
Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and monitor competitors.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
