Responsibilities:
Own Meta & Google Ads end-to-end.
Plan and execute performance marketing strategies.
Manage budgets and drive profitable customer acquisition.
Scale winning campaigns and optimize underperforming campaigns.
Plan and execute creative testing across different hooks and formats.
Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, Revenue & Conversion Rate.
Build and continuously improve paid acquisition engine.

Solid hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization Creative Testing & Ad Strategy
Excel / Google Sheets
Problem-solving & analytical thinking
Strong ownership and growth mindset

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
