Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students regarding UG and PG courses.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and documentation requirements.
Understand students' educational backgrounds and career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Follow up with interested students and guide them through the admission process.
Convert prospective student inquiries into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admission status.
Assist students with application forms and required documentation.
Address student queries professionally and provide accurate information about courses and programs.




Coordinate with the admissions and backend teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Maintain skilled communication and provide a positive student experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
