We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling & Customer Acquisition Executive to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Identify and acquire recent customers.
Manage social media platforms and support online lead generation.
Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly with prospects.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English & Malayalam is required.
Knowledge of Tamil & Hindi will be an added advantage.
Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with customers.
Basic knowledge of social media management.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
