Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at LOS INFO TECH. The candidate will be responsible for hiring Picker / Packer staff across multiple locations in Bengaluru and ensuring timely completion of recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit Picker / Packer candidates for multiple locations across Bengaluru.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Call candidates, explain job details, and screen applicants.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Ensure candidates join on time and complete joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Achieve hiring targets and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Job Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Ability to make recruitment calls.
Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing is an advantage.
Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary and Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹35,000 per month.
