Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and explain job prospects.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment is an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work from the office in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
Stipend
₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
