Job Description – Restaurant Captain

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)
Location: Hotel Grand Gulmohar, Bilaspur

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and manage service staff.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Monitor table setup, mise-en-place, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate food service.
Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
Ensure accurate order taking, billing, and proper handling of hotel property.
Maintain cleanliness and follow hotel SOPs.

Qualifications: 12th pass or above; Hotel Management qualification preferred. Relevant hotel or restaurant experience, valuable communication skills, leadership qualities, and skilled grooming are preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
