We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Professional to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, develop business relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent customers through field visits and direct sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Generate business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Explore new markets and identify business expansion prospects.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Lead or guide junior sales executives, wherever required.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Solid negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Ability to independently manage client meetings and close deals.
Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to ₹70,000 per month
