Position - Fit-Out Manager

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 8 - 12 years in real estate / construction fit-out projects

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution and management of interior fit-out works at project sites, ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control, safety and coordination among contractors, consultants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete fit-out execution from site readiness through handover.
Plan and monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry and other finishing works.
Prepare and track detailed work schedules, milestones and daily/weekly progress.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
Ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications and site requirements before execution.
Monitor contractor productivity, manpower deployment and material availability.




Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, deviations and rework.
Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges in coordination with consultants and Project Head.
Monitor quantities, wastage and material consumption to support project cost control.
Ensure proper documentation of measurements, work orders, site instructions and progress reports.
Coordinate inspections, snag rectification and final handover of completed areas.
Ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory site requirements.
Maintain daily site reports and provide regular progress updates to management.
