We are looking for candidates with experience in US Healthcare Calling, International Voice Process, or Healthcare BPO.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to US patients, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Patient outreach and Health Risk Assessment (HRA) data collection.
Appointment scheduling and provider coordination.
Accurate call documentation and system updates.
Adherence to quality, compliance, and healthcare data privacy standards.

Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English and transparent pronunciation.
Strong listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
Willingness to work US/night shifts.

Preferred Experience:



US Healthcare Calling, Patient Outreach, HRA, Appointment Scheduling, Healthcare BPO, or International Voice Process.

Transport: Pick-up and drop facility for late-night shifts, with transport reimbursement available as applicable under company policy.

Candidates with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in US healthcare operations may also be considered as freshers.
