Job Description – General Manager, Brine

What You'll Do:
Hire and develop a high-performing team that feels seen and inspired
Be the heart of day-to-day operations — calm, transparent, and proactive
Manage scheduling/staffing, evaluate staff performance, and provide consistent feedback
Consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences and collaborate with leadership on brand-aligned experiments
Ensure seamless service flow between FOH, bar, and BOH
Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, and overall restaurant cleanliness and appearance
Manage overall finances — budget, costs, inventory, and revenue/profits
Solve problems in real time, and improve the system every time




Be present on the floor — not just managing, but energizing and engaging
Prepare and monitor key metrics reports, manage vendor relationships/negotiations/payments, and provide administrative support
Ensure compliance with relevant licenses, permits, and regulations, including food safety, health, and alcohol service laws
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff and customers from potential hazards
Uphold Brine’s culture of discovery, curiosity, and high standards
