About the role

Develop and close large business accounts for AI automation, ERP, support systems, websites, CRM, WhatsApp automation, branding and digital growth services across Jalgaon and nearby markets.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities
Meet decision-makers and understand operational challenges
Coordinate solution demos, proposals and commercial negotiations
Close accounts and build long-term client relationships
Maintain CRM updates, forecasts and weekly pipeline reports

Requirements
Strong business communication and negotiation skills
Fluent Marathi/Hindi; English is a plus
Comfortable with field meetings and consultative B2B selling




Self-driven and accountable for outcomes

Pay and incentives

₹30,000–₹50,000 fixed per month. Earn percentage-based incentives on closed deals and eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses.
