About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as HR Executives – Field Recruitment. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, and job portals to meet the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, local contacts, referrals, and job portals.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a robust local candidate network to support bulk hiring.
Coordinate with the HR team for candidate selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Develop a valuable understanding of the assigned district, towns, and surrounding areas across Tamil Nadu.




Travel within the assigned location to identify and attract suitable candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with any degree are eligible to apply.
MBA graduates, preferably in Human Resources, will be given preference.
Good knowledge of Tamil Nadu districts, towns, and local areas.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
