We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects from concept design to site execution, combining robust design skills with sound technical knowledge and ownership of project delivery.

Experience: 5–8 years

Qualification: B.Arch

Employment: Full time, office-based, with site visits

Key responsibilities
Lead architectural design, space planning and design development for residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Prepare and review working drawings, construction details and coordinated drawing sets.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and interior consultants.
Manage client presentations, design discussions and material selections.
Conduct site visits, resolve execution queries and ensure work follows approved drawings and design intent.
Guide junior architects and review their drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Manage project schedules,



drawing releases and coordination with the execution team.

Required skills
Strong design sense, detailing ability and understanding of construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Lumion or D5 Render preferred.
Ability to independently handle projects and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
Transparent communication, team leadership and practical problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of local building regulations and approval requirements.

Salary: Based on experience and portfolio.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
