Key Responsibilities
Install, calibrate, test, and maintain industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instruments, sensors, transmitters, and control devices.
Troubleshoot pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement instruments.
Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, solenoid valves, pneumatic systems, and actuators.
Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other process automation systems.
Carry out loop checking, instrument testing, and signal verification to ensure accurate measurement and control.
Calibrate instruments using appropriate calibration tools and reference standards.
Inspect and maintain control panels, instrument wiring, junction boxes, and cable connections.
Identify instrument failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.
Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical,



and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Maintain calibration certificates, maintenance logs, instrument records, and technical documentation.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent instruments and automation equipment.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable technical requirements.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the stores and purchase departments for critical instrumentation spares.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and recommend improvements to instrument reliability and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
