Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls from US-based customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Assist customers with their queries related to the assigned process.
Maintain skilled communication and high-quality customer service.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
