Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.
Execute civil, carpentry, partition, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works as applicable.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, consultants, and client representatives.
Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update project schedules.
Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and execution challenges, and report them to the Project Manager.

Quality Control
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Verify dimensions, levels, materials, and finishes before and during execution.




Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
Rectify defects and ensure completion of snag lists before project handover.

Material & Labour Management
Prepare material requirement lists and coordinate material deliveries.
Monitor stock, consumption, and wastage of materials at the site.
Allocate and monitor manpower according to project requirements.
Verify measurements and assist in preparing contractor and subcontractor bills.

Safety & Documentation
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.
Maintain daily attendance, labour records, material records, and site documentation.
Maintain records of work progress, measurements, inspections, and client instructions.
Support final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
