About the Role
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Teachers to help young adults develop English communication, digital literacy, employability skills, and professional mindsets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classes as per the FEA curriculum.
Teach English, digital literacy, employability, and life skills.
Mentor and motivate students to improve their confidence and career readiness.
Monitor attendance, participation, and student progress.
Maintain classroom discipline and required records.
Participate in FEA training, meetings, and organizational activities.
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
Positive English communication skills.
Basic computer/digital literacy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and working with young people.
Willingness to work full-time at the assigned FEA centre.

Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹14,500/month
Salary hike from the 2nd year, subject to applicable criteria.
