About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hardworking Reel Editor & Video Editor to work with a politician. The person will be responsible for shooting videos at events, social work activities, public meetings, and other activities involving the politician, and editing them for social media.
Roles & Responsibilities
Shoot and capture videos of events, public meetings, social work, and other activities involving the politician.
Record high-quality video clips and important moments on-site.
Edit videos and create engaging Instagram Reels and other social media content.
Add music, transitions, text, subtitles, and other effects wherever required.
Deliver edited videos on time as per the requirements.
Be available in office to cover events and activities as needed.
Coordinate with the team to understand content requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
Experience in video shooting and editing.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels and social media video formats.
Ability to use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Good sense of storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally for shoots and cover events as required.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver videos on time.
A portfolio or samples of previous work will be an added advantage.
