Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory records, material receipts, material issuance, and stock reconciliation at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, and other store items.
Verify material quantity and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and/or ERP software.
Issue materials to Production, Packing, Maintenance, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
Maintain proper records of GRN, material issue slips, stock transfers, and returnable materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and secure handling of materials.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production,



and Quality departments.
Maintain FIFO practices wherever applicable and follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure proper documentation and support internal and external stock audits.

Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Good record-keeping, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
