Job Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system.
Handle order data entry for gold and diamond jewellery.
Verify order details, product specifications, quantities, and other relevant information before entering them into the system.
Coordinate with the sales, production, CAD, and inventory teams regarding order status and requirements.
Ensure timely processing and updating of orders in the software.
Maintain proper records of orders, modifications, and cancellations.
Check order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Track order status and follow up with the concerned departments.
Prepare and maintain daily order reports and data records.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of order-related information.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in order data entry, preferably in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
Experience with Gati Software is preferred/required, depending on company requirements.
Valuable computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of jewellery order processing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
