About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Compliance Qualified to

support the financial operations of a growing mid-sized IT organization. The role will be

responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial

reporting, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.

Experience with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations,
accruals, and month-end closure.
Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting
documentation.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset
accounting.
Support both internal and external audits, ensuring timely data submission and
resolution of audit queries.
Any other finance tasks.





Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce is required.
CA Inter or MBA in Finance preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance, preferably
within the IT or services sector.
Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP is strongly preferred; familiarity with other ERP
systems is a plus.
Robust grasp of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial reporting
frameworks.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
