Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop, maintain and update a quality manual for Leather Gloves / Leather Products Manufacturing processes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.
Excellent in handling ISO 9001 certification audit, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications.
In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proficient in lead and coordinate quality improvement projects, utilizing tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management.
Analyse customer feedback and complaints, identifying trends and implementing measures to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

Manage supplier quality by establishing and maintaining effective supplier evaluation and monitoring processes.
To conduct in-line, mid-line and final inspections to keep the quality in track
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management, and propose and implement relevant updates to the quality management system.
Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management, highlighting performance, areas for improvement, and recommended actions.
Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience working as a Quality Manager or in a similar quality management role Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
