We're seeking dedicated Tele callers to join our team and make a meaningful impact through exceptional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Introduce our services for e-commerce seller onboarding and explain their advantages.
Listen to customer inquiries and address their questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
Robust customer service orientation.
Basic computer skills.
Previous tele sales or customer service experience is a plus.
